Simon & Garfunkel Tour Shaping Up?
While Simon & Garfunkel were originally slated for just one performance this year at the famed New Orleans Jazz Fest, it now looks as though the duo is mounting up for a US tour.
North Dakota's Grand Folks Herald and Minnesota's Star Tribune have reported that the pair will perform at Fargo's Fargodome on May 7th and the Twin Cities' Xcel Energy Centre on May 8th.
Simon & Garfunkel's website hasn't confirmed the shows yet, but Ticketmaster's site indicates that tickets for the two concerts will go on sale March 13th.
Additionally, the Winnipeg Free Press has reported that the group will play their first show in the Canadian city on May 5th.
The last public performance made by Simon & Garfunkel came during the Rock Hall 25th Anniversary concerts at Madison Square Garden last year.
